CNC Control Irregular Shape Cutting Line

Fully Automatically Irregular Shape Cutting Line is composed of Automatic Loader, Numerical Control Cutting Machine, Breaking Table, Power Cabinet and so on. Place the glass on the designated position, and then operate the machine through computer and the PLC. The glass size can be 2500*3660mm/3300*6000mm and the thickness of the glass is 3mm-19mm.The machine works, from auto-loading, transmit, cutting automatically to the last procedure breaking the glass manually on the breaking table. It can improve cutting efficiency and precision and safety factor and reduce intensity of labor. 

The line is used for cutting straight line and irregular shape of flat float glass. It adopts advanced computer system and imported servo control system to control cutting. Computer operation system supports CAD function and DXF document input. With advanced Cutter Head Combination, cutter head can rotate 360° used for cut of any shape glass. Knife rest adopts import linear bearing that is flexible and accurate. It can adjust cutting pressure according to different thickness of glass.
